A Song For Georgia 5 was the fifth edition of the Georgian music event that selected Georgia's entry for the North Vision Song Contest 15. The selection had a First and a Second Round (Show-Off).
On 26th May 2015, the Georgian Head of Delegation stated that GPB was unsure about the further participation in the contest. However, a qualification of Georgia in the ongoing edition to that time could help a lot with the decision.
After Georgia qualifying to the Grand Final of NVSC #14 on 30th May 2015, the Georgian delegation decided to compete again in the fifteenth edition. The official confirmation was made the 7th June 2015. Along with the confirmation, the continue of "A Song For Georgia" was officially confirmed.
Three days after the confirmation, the revelation of the 6 competing entries started. Day by day, one entry was presented to the audience.
The running order draw was announced on 19th June 2015. The first round started on 22th June 2015 with the voting lasting about two weeks, ending on 4th July 2015. The two songs with the most points from the jury and the televoting advance to the Second Round.
