North Vision Song Contest
Alexandra Joner contacted NRK, because she wanted to participate in the North Vision Song Contest. NRK replied to her and agreed that she could bring a good result in the contest for Norway. But because Alexandra couldn't select a song herself, they thinked of a new concept; "Den Norsken Sangen", the official Norwegian Selection for North Vision Song Contest. Three songs of Alexandra participated in the national final and "Come Inside Me" won.
A lot of discussions started about the name of the song. Norway performed sixth in the Semi Final 1 in Gothenburg and collected sevety-six points, therefore qualified to the final where she performed eleventh and took the sixtienth place with ninety-three points.
Ten editions later, Alexandra decided to make a return to Den Norsken Sangen participating in the eleventh edition with the song "Cinderella". The song won the selection and was therefore selected to represent Norway in the North Vision Song Contest 14 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The entry qualified from the first semi-final and placed 4th in the final, scoring 159 points.
