MQVAN 17 is the second edition of Mira Quien Va A Northvision. The winner will represent 
Spain in the grand final of North Vision Song Contest 17.
Announcement[]
On 18 October, TVE announced the national selection, including voting system and the songs which were competing. TVE had announced earlier that they were gonna decide Spain's entry internally due to lack of fundings, but changed after they managed to find sponsors.
However, on 31 October, Paula Rojo decided to withdraw her entry from MQVAN 17, but the former Spanish child star María Isabel replaced her.

50% of the results consists of five Northvision countries, including a Spanish jury. The rest are SMS and telephone voting
