SVT had announced they would hold a sixth edition of their national selection with former Fantasifestivalen entries to select their North Vision Song Contest 6 entrant.
Marie Serneholt was announced as the winner and therefore represented Sweden at the sixth edition , finishing 17th out of 25, receiving 102 points.
