Greta Svabo Bech (born in Tórshavn) is a Faroese singer-songwriter. She first became known for her work with Canadian producer Deadmau5, "Raise Your Weapon" was nominated for ‘Best Dance Record’ of Grammy Awards in 2011, and hit the 100 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. Greta went on to work with Italian artists The Bloody Beetroots on their second album ‘Hide’, and since started releasing solo material in 2013.

As the Faroe Islands debuted in the tenth edition, Greta applied for being the first ever Faroese artist to be sent to the North Vision Song Contest. After there were rumours about her being the official representant, her participation got confirmed by the Faroese Broadcaster on July 23. Greta's song "Sunshine" was written by Picture Book which she is performing on stage with in Norway.

On 30 June 2015 it was decided that Greta Svabo Bech was representing the Faroe Islands once again. She performed her song "Shut Up & Sing" which was written by Fred Ruddick.
