"My Crown" is a song by Danish band The Storm. It was released in 2011 as the second and last single from the band's third studio album, Rebel Against Yourself. It was composed by Martin Sköld and Joakim Berg and written by the band.
The song was internally selected to represent the country in the fourteenth edition held in Astana, Kazakhstan. The song was revealed through a song presentation show hosted by Signe Molde on 17 April 2015. The broadcaster decided opt for an internal selection despite having already started the tenth edition of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix in which the band was taking part. It was revealed that the selection would be resumed for the fifteenth edition.
Due to ending in the bottom 5 of the semi-final in the thirteenth edition, Denmark had to participate in the pre-qualification round. The event was held in the Faroe Islands. The song was performed fifth out of the seven songs and was one of the three qualifiers. The Storm will perform third in the second semi-final. The song qualified to the final and was later drawn to perform eighteenth, following Ireland and preceding the United Kingdom. In the final, the song managed to win the edition with 249 points, 60 points over Lebanon. It was also revealed later that the country also won the pre-qualification round and the semi-final with 74 and 171 points respectively. During this edition, the country broke several records: the song managed to achieve the highest number of points in both a final and a semi-final and also managed to win with the largest margin ahead the runner-up. It also became the first PQR qualifier to win the contest. The song was nominated for four categories in the North Vision Awards: Best Top 6 song, Best Northern song, Best PQR song and Best Alternative. It won in all the categories except the Best PQR song.
