NoordVisie Song Festival 04 was the fourth edition of the Dutch music competition that selected the Dutch entry for the North Vision Song Contest 22. The selection had only one final held in ??.

On 27 November 2016, AvroTros confirmed that The Netherlands would be competing in the twenty-second edition of the North Vision Song Contest. The national selection called NoordVisie Song Festival would be used again as it has a 100% qualification rate.

Schedule[]
The schedule of the edition was published along with the announcement of the edition's format. The photos of artists of the edition were shown on 12 December 2016 while their songs were presented days later, on December 23 2016 all songs were revealed. At the moment there is no running order draw known.

AvroTros announced the artists on the 12th of December. The twelve artists of the selection were presented the same day while their songs were presented days later 3 a day.
