The OGAN Second Chance Contest 24 is the 17th OGAN Second Chance Contest, organised between members of the international North Vision Song Contest fan club OGAN to select the best song not to make it to the North Vision Song Contest 24 through their national finals. It is held in Denmark for the fourth time after OGAN Israel refused to host despite their victory in the previous edition.
Participating countries[]
A total of 21 OGAN clubs have confirmed to compete. France, Greece, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Malta and Romania have confirmed their return to the competition, while Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Israel, Italy and Morocco are withdrawing.
Rest of the World participant[]
The Rest of the World club returned to this edition.
Each edition, one of the associate broadcasters can as well submit a song to the competition (as 'Rest of the World'). Whose turn it is, is being decided by a draw. The entry must be from a country that has not confirmed within the deadline. Apart from that, all the other rules should apply.
OGAN Philippines was the selected OGAN club and chose Mira Luoti with the song "Musta laatikko" which placed 4th in the Finnish selection.
