North Vision Song Contest

Nadia Gattas submitted the song for the fifth edition of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix after it was decided that the songs should be in the Danish language. It was accepted for the selection and was announced as the fifth song of the selection. It became one of the edition's favorites and it later went on to win the selection with 205 points, 13 points ahead the runner up. It received 83 points from the televoting (second place) and 122 points from the juries (first place).

Denmark was drawn to perform in the first semi-final and received the wildcard; DR decided that Nadia would perform the song on the third spot. After qualifying from the semi-final, Denmark was drawn to perform fourth in the grand final. The song did not manage to get into the top 10 and achieved the worst result of the country since their non-qualification in the sixth edition. It finished twentienth with 69 points while in the semi-final it came eighth with 67 points.
