Romania participated in the North Vision Song Contest 4 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The Romanian entry was selected internally by the country's broadcaster, Romanian Television (TVR). The broadcaster chose Antonia with the song "Marabou". The song was pre-qualifed to the Final where it placed 15th with 93 points.
